On April 2, 2026, the Clarksburg community was deeply saddened by the passing of Lisa Darlene (Williams) Collins, who left this world at the age of 53. Known for her selflessness and caring nature, Lisa was surrounded by her loving family and her dog, Molly, at the time of her passing.
Born on October 26, 1972, in Volusia County, Florida, Lisa was the cherished daughter of Walter Lee Chandler, Sr. and Mary Rebecca (Claypool) Chandler. She is survived by her devoted husband, James Collins, and her two children, Tasha Williams and Michael Williams. Lisa’s legacy continues through her four grandchildren: Nicholas Moebus, Seth Crofford, Makenzi Tallman, and others.
Lisa’s siblings, Robin Goodman and Marty Williams, along with her late siblings Jerry Williams, Walter “Chico” Chandler, Jr., Patty Harper, and Ronnie Chandler, will forever remember her warmth and strength.
Friends and family have described Lisa as a truly selfless woman whose greatest joy in life was caring for others. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering love will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Internment will be held at Stonewall Park Cemetery at a later date, allowing the community to come together to honor her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lisa’s funeral care fund on her memorial page, ensuring that her legacy of love continues to touch lives.
As the community reflects on Lisa’s life, they are reminded of the profound impact she had on those around her. The love and support she provided will resonate within the hearts of her family and friends for years to come.
