Tracy Tutor has filed a lawsuit against Oren Alexander, alleging drugging and sexual assault in 2014.
The lawsuit, filed in New York City, accuses Alexander of drugging Tutor during a dinner with real estate professionals. The incident allegedly took place after Tutor consumed a cocktail handed to her, after which she claims to have lost consciousness.
According to the allegations, Tutor’s friend discovered her in a men’s restroom stall with Alexander, who was reportedly kissing her and touching her inappropriately. When Tutor regained consciousness, she found herself in a hotel room that was not her own and noticed that a tampon had been removed.
Oren Alexander, 38, has denied the allegations, with his attorney, Jason Goldman, asserting that the lawsuit was timed for maximum media impact. “Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact,” Goldman stated.
This lawsuit follows a troubling backdrop involving Oren Alexander and his brothers, who were recently convicted of sex trafficking. The Alexander brothers face potential sentences of up to life in prison after being found guilty on 10 counts related to a conspiracy involving rape and sexual exploitation. More than 60 women have accused them of similar offenses, with 11 women testifying during the trial.
Tracy Tutor, now 50 years old, is known for her role on the reality show Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, which she joined in 2017. She left Douglas Elliman in 2024 to join Compass, further establishing her presence in the competitive real estate market.
The Alexander brothers had built a reputation as real estate’s “A Team,” known for their high-ticket sales and celebrity clientele. However, the recent legal troubles have cast a shadow over their careers and raised serious concerns about their conduct.
