Timothy Busfield, the actor known for his roles in ‘The West Wing’ and ‘Thirtysomething’, has been indicted on child sex abuse charges by a New Mexico jury. The indictment, which occurred on February 6, 2026, involves allegations of abusing twin boys on the set of ‘The Cleaning Lady’ when they were just seven and eight years old.
At least four women have come forward accusing Busfield of groping their breasts and genitals, as well as forcing himself on them, with incidents dating back to between 1993 and 2000.
