Five Guys BOGO Promotion Set to Return
Five Guys is offering a buy-one-get-one free (BOGO) burger promotion from March 9 to March 12, 2026, following an overwhelming response to a similar offer earlier this year.
The initial BOGO offer, launched on February 17, 2026, in celebration of Five Guys’ 40th birthday, resulted in chaos at many locations, with some running out of stock and customers facing long wait times. “We screwed the first one up so bad, we’re trying to redo it,” admitted Jerry Murrell, co-founder of Five Guys.
In light of the overwhelming demand, Five Guys plans to distribute approximately $1.5 million in bonuses to store employees, acknowledging the strain placed on them during the initial promotion. “Our employees took the brunt of the thing,” Murrell stated, expressing gratitude for their hard work.
Customers can redeem the upcoming BOGO offer by ordering online at FiveGuys.com or through the Five Guys app, using the code FGAFTERPARTY. However, the promotion is limited to one redemption per reward code, per transaction, and per account, and is not valid for in-store orders.
Five Guys, founded in 1986 by Jerry and Janie Murrell, has nearly 2,000 locations across more than 25 countries, making it a significant player in the fast-food industry. The company’s commitment to quality and customer service has garnered a loyal following.
As the new promotion approaches, observers are keen to see how Five Guys will manage the anticipated demand and whether they can avoid the pitfalls experienced during the previous offer. Details remain unconfirmed regarding any additional measures the company may implement to ensure a smoother experience for customers this time around.
