Corey Harrison Faces Financial Struggles After Motorcycle Accident
Corey Harrison, known for his role on the reality show ‘Pawn Stars’, is currently facing severe financial difficulties due to medical expenses incurred from a motorcycle accident on January 23, 2026. The accident resulted in 11 fractured ribs, a concussion, and facial injuries, leading to a hospitalization of nearly a month and three surgeries.
As a result of the accident, Corey has accumulated approximately $130,000 in medical bills. He has no health insurance to cover these expenses, leaving him in a precarious financial situation. Currently, he has just $400 left in his bank account after paying for his medical treatment.
To help alleviate some of the financial burden, a GoFundMe campaign was launched with a target of raising $18,000 for his medical expenses. As of the latest update, the campaign has raised nearly $5,000, highlighting the urgent need for additional support.
Corey has expressed his distress over his situation, stating, “What am I going to do, fly out to Vegas and sell stuff? I can’t move from my recliner.” His recovery has forced him to pause his podcast and he is currently recuperating at home in Tulum, Mexico.
In a candid moment, Corey shared his fears about his financial future, saying, “I’m just going to die out here. I don’t have the money to keep paying these people.” He also noted the financial implications of his medical care, remarking, “Thank God I’m not in the United States, because it would have probably cost me about $300,000.”
Corey’s father, Rick Harrison, has publicly supported him, stating, “Corey is a grown man and he will deal with his life as he sees fit.” However, the uncertainty surrounding Corey’s financial recovery remains a pressing concern.
As Corey continues to recover from his injuries, the community’s response to the GoFundMe campaign will be crucial in determining how he navigates this challenging period. Details remain unconfirmed regarding any further developments in his fundraising efforts or additional support he may receive.
